Roles & Responsibilities

• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant regulatory compliance hiring
• Experience in a banking or financial institution within UAE.
• Strong understanding of all regulatory and legal
• Requirements, such as: CBUAE Standards, Regulations
• Regarding Licensing and Monitoring of Exchange
• Businesses, Consumer Protection Standards, Cabinet
• Decisions, CBUAE notices and guidelines, any other related regulatory directives issued by CBUAE UAE
• Ministry or any other governing authorities, as well as internal policies and bylaws.
• Must have excellent policy and procedure writing skills CAMS is Mandatory
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of risks And controls
• Well-versed in corporate governance best practices
• Should have a effective communication strong
