Job Description:
We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist with a strong background in payroll operations and payroll accounting. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting and bring 4 to 7 years of experience supporting C & B and processing payroll for a large and diverse workforce.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze payroll and compensation reports to support decision-making and compliance
- Support compensation planning and benchmarking activities as part of the broader C&B function
- Administer and process end-to-end payroll for over 6,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure payroll activities comply with UAE labour laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Perform payroll-related accounting, including monthly reconciliations and ledger posting
- Address payroll queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide consistent support to employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data, reports, and records
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment between compensation strategy and payroll execution
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits, providing necessary documentation and clarification
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 4–7 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably within a large organization
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion payroll modules
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of payroll accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Ability to work in fast paced work environment, with tight deadlines
