Hiring Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job Location: Dubai

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Qualification Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.

Skillset:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should be locally available in UAE.
  • Previous experience as a Compensation & Benefits Officer/Executive is a MUST.
  • Experience working with companies such as Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Mercer, or Towers Watson is preferred.
  • Ability to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies and business goals.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop strategic compensation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams on compensation-related matters.
