Job Location: Dubai
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Qualification Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
Skillset:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Requirements:
- The candidate should be locally available in UAE.
- Previous experience as a Compensation & Benefits Officer/Executive is a MUST.
- Experience working with companies such as Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Mercer, or Towers Watson is preferred.
- Ability to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies and business goals.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop strategic compensation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams on compensation-related matters.
