Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications or professional designations in compensation and benefits are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in handling compensation & benefits and Payroll at a Supervisory level in a large facility. Experience in HR analytics would be preferred.
