The position is temporary for 2 months with possibility of extension and we expect 20-30 working hours per week between 3 PM – 8 PM UTC-4. The hourly wage is 7 – 20 USD, depending on experience.

We are searching for a strong communicator who will support us during the launch phase of our new RPG Crawler Mobile Dungeon from the developers of Shakes & Fidget. We foresee a strong growth of our player base within the next weeks and beyond, mainly for our English speaking community. The candidate should be able to support us outside of the developer’s office hours (developer is based in Germany) to ensure interaction with the playerbase on channels like Discord.

Playa Games is an established developer and publisher of browser-based and mobile games since 2009 and is passionate about developing new ideas for our award-winning MMORPG Shakes & Fidget and our new game Mobile Dungeon every day.

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • Experience in customer service or support on a a free-to-play game

YOUR MISSION

  • Monitor and moderate the community to maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • Engage with the community regularly, initiate conversations, and encourage interaction
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback promptly, escalate issues when necessary
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to provide insights to Community Managers and the development team
  • Learn the game and help base; stay up-to-date on releases and issues to assist users
  • Assist with translations for informational posts
