We are currently looking to hire an Instore Communication Specialist for a reputed retail company based in Dubai

Requirement

• Should have storytelling experience in a retail company/for retail brands.
• Should be based in Dubai

Description

• Setting the Tone of voice for the brand.
• Setting up the brand guideline and the brand story this will include the Mission, Vision, Ethos, Values, Purpose.
• Will be the custodian for in store communication.
• Storytelling approach in store through product features and benefits.
• Highlighting key services in store like Home Design, Delivery and Assembly.
• Ensuring consistency in tone of voice across Marketing, Ecomm, In store and VM.
• Highlight all new products coming in through a structured approach for Newness that can translate across Social, Ecomm, In store and Training.
• Ensure the content on social platforms is as per tone of voice of the brand.
• Manage the content calendar for Social with the social media Agency.
• Support on the Marketing strategy to work towards Top of Mind recall for the brand.
• Full fill copy requirements for Catalogues showcasing trends, seasonality, Affordability and newness.
