Hiring Commercial Quantity Surveyor

Location: Techno Park-Jebel Ali

Role and Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients / Consultant / Main Contractors to understand their requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects.
• Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labor and timeframes.
• Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities with Fit out Scope Experience.
• Take off Quantity for with Fit out Project Experience.
• Manage risk, value engineering and cost control measures.
• Analyze and preparation of Projects Cost Report /
• Budget / Variation works
• Good Knowledge of FIDIC Redbook edition.
• Negotiate contracts and schedules.
• Oversee and value subcontractors’ work for payments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Continually assess value for the client’s investment.
• Analyze outcomes and provide budget/progress reports.
• Advice on claims, disputes and any contractual issues were holding good. Knowledge of Building Claims and EOT and the Coordination with Planning and Documents team for preparation of Extension of time Claims.
