Hiring Commercial/Finance Accountant
Location: Al Ain
Khadamat Facility Management is seeking a skilled Commercial/Finance Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor identification, RFQs, rate negotiations, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, process journal vouchers, and manage monthly financial closings and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in procurement and accounting.
- Maintain accurate financial records, and prepare monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient procurement and financial operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of the English language.
- Prior experience in the Facilities Management industry is a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain (advantageous).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
