Hiring Collections Officer – Dubai

We are currently hiring for a Collections Officer. The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal skills & have excellent negotiating skills with good knowledge of payment plans, accounting procedures and state debt collection laws. Candidate needs to know French, Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• 1 to 2 years of experience is required/mandatory.
