We are looking for Collection Agents (Arabic Speaker Only):

• Recovers overdue payments on accounts.
• Track debtors down by phone or mail and assist them to make payments by negotiating repayment plans.
• Encouraging them to find alternative payment solutions.
• Follow-up collection (revenue)
• Handling checks
• Knowledge of using electronic systems: Excel
• Dealing with numbers
• 1 year experience
• Dealing with customers
• Salary Range : AED 4,000 to 6,500 (Based on Experience)
• Work location: Dubai – government entity
• Arabic Speakers only
