Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in handling a business manager/head of operations role, responsible for driving revenue/sales.
• Preferably from a business development/sales background having experience in managing a team of at least 20 people.
• Should have adequate knowledge & experience in P&L management/Profit maximization.
• Preferably from the fitness or service industry with excellent people management skills.
• Degree in management and the potential and capability to understand and head the business.
• Preferably available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
