Position: Clinical Nurse
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are expanding our team and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join Openminds Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in psychiatric nursing, with the ability to manage duties independently and provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to psychiatric patients in outpatient setting.
- Conduct mental health assessments, develop nursing care plans, and implement interventions in collaboration with the psychiatric team.
- Support patients in crisis situations, providing emotional support and stabilization techniques.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Handle emergency situations and act promptly following clinical protocols.
- Ensure all practices comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Manage documentation and reporting duties independently.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility letter as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical experience in the psychiatry/mental health field (experience in UAE is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders, medications, and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and resilient in dealing with challenging cases.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Fluent in English.
