Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Clinic Receptionist/Patient Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be European, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle patient interactions effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with appointments and inquiries.
• Manage clinic schedules using Open Jet software.
• Update and maintain patient records in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate with medical staff and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a clinic receptionist or in patient relations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and OpenJet software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
