Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of patient care, optimize daily operations, and drive business growth while maintaining compliance with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and lead a team of medical and non-medical staff to deliver exceptional patient experience.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase patient engagement and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with DHA guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Handle budgeting, financial performance, and cost control.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
• Implement marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic’s brand presence.
• Address patient concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in the aesthetics or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DHA regulations and clinic compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
