Client Relationship Officer
We are urgently looking for a Client Relationship Officer to be based in our office in Dubai and look after various clients/properties across the UAE. Working as part of the Property Management team, you will be responsible for overall management of assigned properties within the portfolio to satisfy the requirements of our clients and tenants.
Collect rent in way of cheques/cash and handle late payments/nonpayment/bounced cheques in a timely manner
Perform tenant screening
Preparation of property inventory lists and keep records updated throughout leases cycle
Tenancy Contract preparation
Tenancy Contract registration in Ejari/DIFC systems
Update tenants/landlords records in CRM and related filings
Ensure tenant responsibility in utility bills payment
Provide excellent tenant services. Respond to tenant leasing request/problems in a timely manner. Provide support for escalated maintenance/operational complaints and requests via a detailed report and prepare defect liability reports and to arrange quotations for works
Follow – up with tenant to insure satisfactory resolution of any issues
