Hiring Client Relationship Executive Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and be their support person.
• Ensuring regular contact and update with existing clients to maintain our company’s integrity.
• Respond incoming queries and organize follow-up actions.
• Performing in complexity needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
• Recommending and considering potential solutions in discussion with clients.
• Resolving clients’ concerns in a speedy and professional manner.
• Connecting internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our benefits.

Requirements:

• Female, any nationality.
• Prior experience with at least 1 year, preferably in a similar organization.
• Familiarity with CRM software and procedures.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand and identify issues and resolve disputes in an effective manner including the ability to manage client expectations and internal stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
