- Help desk or support experience is highly preferred (e.g., IT support, technical assistance, or service desk roles).
- A teachable attitude and a passion for creating excellent customer experiences.
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working with computers and various software.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles (e.g., food service, retail, or support desk).
