Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are executed in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure project success.
• Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to meet project requirements.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and materials are maintained throughout the project.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring the well-being of all workers on site.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including progress reports, timelines, and any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address project challenges or obstacles promptly, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and providing cost-saving solutions where possible.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
