We are currently seeking 5 highly motivated Civil Site Engineers to join our team in Dubai:

About the Role:

• In this role, you will play a key role in the construction of villas and high-rise buildings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
• Overseeing daily construction activities
• Monitoring compliance with plans and specifications
• Identifying and resolving technical problems
• Preparing and maintaining construction documents
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations
• Collaborating effectively with project stakeholders

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4-6 years of experience in site engineering for villas and high-rise buildings (within the UAE is a plus)
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software
• A passion for quality and a commitment to safety
