Description:

We are seeking a Civil Engineer position with experience in villas and construction in Dubai. Must be a Civil Engineer graduate. And should have DM G+4 Approved and Valid UAE D/L.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
• Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Auto Cad & Microsoft Office.
• Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings provided by the consultant.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Responsible for Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing site reports as required weekly & monthly
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in UAE contracting industry
• Must be a Civil Engineer graduate
• Must have valid UAE DL
• Ability to handle multiple jobs at one time.
• Ability to complete quantity take-off efficiently.
• Good negotiation skills to develop good deals with suppliers.
• Good communication and correspondence skills.
• Experience with the contracting company would be advantageous
