Hiring Civil Engineer (DM approved Engineer -Construction)

Job Description:

• Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects of high-rise building and Villas.
• Review construction plans and drawings, ensuring that they meet building codes, safety standards, and other requirements.
• Schedule material and equipment purchase and deliveries.
• Responsible for ensuring that construction the work meets the required standard of quality and conduct inspections and quality control tests, as well as manage quality control documentation.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyzing data.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Monitor progress of projects and assess potential risks, materials and costs.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor the routine tasks assigned to them.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and provide timely reports to management.

Skills Required:

• Proven working experience in civil engineering (Construction -High rise buildings and Villas)
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D , Revit etc.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• License of professional engineer (Pref. Dubai Municipality certification)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Education:

• BTech/BE in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in related field.
• Seniority Level:
