Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to work as a Authorities coordinator for our projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for projects.

 Key Responsibilities

• Handle project approvals from government authorities, including submissions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Dubai authorities on NOC applications, design construction specifications, and design reports.
• Work closely with the Authority Liaison Manager to ensure timely approvals.
• Organize and attend meetings with local authority engineers to expedite design submission reviews.
• Prepare and submit documents, including permits and licenses.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Authorities Coordinator in the UAE
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred but not a must
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi authority rules, regulations, and procedures.
