Description:

Civil Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check, review and release all submittals submitted by contractors such as shop drawings, material submittals, method statement and similar relevant documents.
• Monitoring work in progress, manpower, equipment and inspection of materials delivered on site.
• Attend technical and progress meetings with the contractor in presence of the consultant management and client representatives.
• Review and analyses the invoices submitted by the contractors.
• Inspect the completed and ongoing work on a daily basis.
• Ensure the work is executed in accordance with the contract documents and construction standards.
• Review variations and extension of time submitted by contractor.
• Prepare monthly reports submitted to the clients.
• Prepare work dashboard and submit it to the top management of the company on a daily basis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with a consultancy background.
• Candidates with ADM Engineer License
