Hiring Civil Engineer (On-Site & Office)

Location: Abu Dhabi or Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 4 to 5 years of civil construction experience in the UAE to join our team! This role involves both on-site and office-based responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in civil construction projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and quality control
• Ability to work both on-site and in an office environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards
• Must be available to work in Abu Dhabi or Dubai

Responsibilities:

On-Site Duties:

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring progress aligns with timelines & quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with local building codes
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise on-site

Office Duties:

• Prepare & review engineering plans, drawings, and reports
• Align with project management on timelines, goals, and budgets
• Handle project documentation & feasibility studies
• Assist in tender documents & project proposals
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
