We are hiring for Civil/Architect Engineer for company based in Dubai.

• Civil/Architect Engineer with minimum 10 years’ experience worked in contracting/design consultancies 5 of which is in construction management field, required to work at a construction site/client office for client side, with the following major skills in order to effectively oversee construction project/s and ensure that the client’s objectives are met:
• Construction Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods is essential to ensure that the project meets the client’s requirements and standards.
• Project Management: Skills in project planning, scheduling, and budget management are crucial for overseeing the construction project on behalf of the client/client representative.
• Communication: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and the client/client representative, is vital to ensure that project goals are met.
• Problem Solving: The ability to identify and address construction issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner is important to keep the project on track.
• Legal and Contractual Knowledge: Understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and legal requirements is necessary to protect the client’s interests and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring and ensuring the quality of work, materials, and safety standards is a key responsibility.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project, such as delays or cost overruns, is critical.
• Negotiation: revising and reporting to client representative the change orders in order to help Negotiating, resolving disputes, and managing any necessary contract amendments may be part of the role.
• Documentation: Maintaining thorough project records and reports is important for tracking progress and resolving disputes.
• Leadership: Providing strong leadership and direction to the project team and contractors is crucial for project success.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining a positive relationship with the client/client representative is essential to understand their needs and expectations.
• Health and Safety: Knowledge of construction safety standards and the ability to enforce them on the site to protect workers and the public.
• Monthly wages package: 10 – 15 K (Subject to interview outcome)
