Location: Dubai/Sharjah

Req: At least 7 years of experience in designing, configuring and troubleshooting large enterprise converged (voice, data, video) networks. Cisco & Avaya enterprise. Must have CCIE Collaboration certification. Must have implementation and troubleshooting experience on Cisco Call Center. Must have Cisco Call Center scripting experience. Should be able to join immediately.
