Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward to manage our stewarding team and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene within our hospitality establishment.

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and organizational skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and a strong understanding of sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the stewarding department
• Supervise and train stewarding staff members, ensuring they follow established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for all kitchen and dining areas
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances
• Manage inventory and stock control of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Implement and maintain recycling and waste management programs
• Company provides accommodation, transportation, food and service charge.
