Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic CFO to lead financial planning, capital management, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires expertise in financial leadership, taxation, risk management, and digital finance, ensuring business growth and stability in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management to ensure financial stability.
• Develop and manage capital raising and investor relations.
• Ensure GCC tax and compliance adherence while staying updated on regulations.
• Optimize value chain, lease negotiations, and contract management.
• Lead financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic investment decisions.

Key Qualifications:
