Job Purpose
The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.
The term chief financial officer (CFO) refers to a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. The CFO’s duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liquidity
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Forecasting
- Reporting
- Financial and Management Reports
- Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.
- Authorizing Signature

- REPORTS TO Group CEO
- Internal Control System
- Payroll
- Productivity
- Budget budgets.
- Analyses and reports variances in Monthly Financial Report.
- Participates in P&L monthly re view meeting. Monitors, reports and analyses variances from budgets.

Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience as finance officer or relevant role
- previous experience as CFO in large companies related to the world of Hospitality (restaurants, hotels)
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and IDS financial management software
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- CPA is a strong advantage
- MSc/MBA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
