We are looking for an experienced Chef with a strong flair for Lebanese and Arabic cuisines for a VVIP Private Household in Dubai
Working directly to the preferences and dietary requirement of the Principals, you must also be knowledgeable about a variety of global cuisines, and have a minimum of 5-years experience with VVIP families in the Gulf Region, or in 5* Hotels
You will be responsible for preparing meals to timescales, oversee ordering of food supplies, check ingredients for freshness, and minimising waste
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to make note of preferences, food allergies and dietary requirements. Moreover, you should be able to prepare meal plans with nutritional value counting
You will be expected to maintain your cooking area and should understand and follow fexcellent ood hygiene standards
You should have the flexibility to travel with the Client if required
