We are looking for Chef de Cuisine – Blue Blanc, Dubai.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a French, Mediterranean or Upscale Steak House restaurant
Will consider a very strong Senior Sous Chef
Ideally experience in following cuisine: French, Mediterranean or American Steak House
Good kitchen manager who is able to manage costs, without compromising on food quality
Creates a great kitchen environment and good working & learning atmosphere
European or American nationality
Must be currently in the UAE to be able to do food tasting.
