Chatbot Engineer Required

For an International IT Services and Software Development Solutions Company

Location: Abu Dhabi

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience of Chatbots Customization, Interface Development, Installation, deployment and Configuration is a MUST
• Hands on experience with Chatbot, Video calling, Contact Center/IVR technology
• Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization techniques for Mobile, Web, and API
• Technical Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of (RestFull APIs, OAuth, LDAP, WebRTC)
• Good to have knowledge on cloud platform (preferably AWS, MS Azue)
• Implementing solutions (like chat) & their integration with social identity provider including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Building and using web APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTFULL, JSON etc.)
• JavaScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS in support of web
