Description:

We are seeking Chat Support Officer candidates to join our growing team in Dubai. Candidate should be a focused, quick thinker who can comfortably handle the customers effectively. Previous experience with computer data entry systems and processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quick response to customers and resolve their queries within the given period of time.
• Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
• Input, track, and maintain all data and records
• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
• Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

Requirements and Qualifications

• Typing speed of 45- 50 words per minute.
• Degree in relevant field or equivalent qualifications or experience in relevant filed will be an advantage
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Suite and other data entry programs (Excel, Access)
• Proficient and dexterous typist
• Ability to quickly process and organize information
• Customer service experience.
• Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
• Finish work in an efficient and timely manner
