Job Summary:

One of client seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented CA / ACCA with 2-3 years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, conducting audits, and providing insightful financial advice to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial compliance and integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of audit plans and strategies.
• Manage corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide guidance on tax planning and tax-related issues.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Support business development initiatives with financial insights and analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance with ACCA

Experience:

• 2-3 years of post qualification experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
• Experience in Retail management is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
