We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Charge Nurse / Nurse Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and proven expertise in clinical quality and healthcare leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Valid DOH License.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to maintain and enhance quality standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Previous experience in home healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of nursing staff and ensure quality care delivery
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide support, training, and mentorship to nursing staff
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
