Hiring Change Manager in leading Multinational Company at Dubai location.

Technical/Functional:

• Expertise in #ITServiceManagement, with a core operations competency
• Current experience in establishing or working in a #ITIL service management practice
• Strong understanding of #ITILFramework with #ITILv3foundations certification as minimum and expert / practitioner level of accreditation as ideal
• Sound functional and technical understanding of critical #applicationsystems and #infrastructure services.
• 8+ years in #ITOperations within an organization of more than 4000 users with at least 3 years of experience in #banking
• 5+ years experience in  implementing and maturing #ITILService Management Processes
• 3+ years experience in #ServiceDelivery reporting and business stake holder management
