Hiring Change Management Specialist – Arabic

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration: 1 Year – Extendable

JD:

Review Changes to ensure implementation, test and Blackout plan with appropriate levels are provided with every

Change. Ensure that all Changes submitted for review have required approval from both Entity and internal ADGE Management.

Responsibilities:

• Review Changes to ensure implementation, test and Blackout plan with appropriate levels are provided with every Change.
• Ensure that all Changes submitted for review have required approval from both Entity and internal ADGE Management.
• Ensure that approved Changes are implemented efficiently and with minimal risk to the existing and new infrastructure.
• Escalations and approval for Emergency Change.
• Managing Change issues escalation and communications to Change requestor.
• Track and Monitor all related Change requests and Auditing of RFC as per ADGE Change Management Policy.
• Check the success of Changes implemented by performing post implementation review.
• Coordinating with Change Requestor, IT Director and Implementation team for Emergency Change Request.
• Prepare Agenda for weekly CAB meeting with list of Change request to be discussed.
• Chair CAB meeting weekly twice.
• Prepare and provide monthly Change KPI report to concerned Team.
• Prepare and provide report of Change request to Entity when requested.
• Prepare report for Internal and External Audit.
• Coordinate with Change requestor, Section Head for enhancing Change Management process.
• Review of Change Management Policy and Procedure and update policy when required to enhance the process.
