We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with top leadership in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and modern office management tools.
- Fluency in Italian is MANDATORY – All our clients are from Italy.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
