We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with top leadership in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and modern office management tools.
  • Fluency in Italian is MANDATORY – All our clients are from Italy.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
