Center Head

• Location- Fujairah
• Qualification- Graduate of any discipline.
• Experience-3-4 years of experience in similar role.

Job Description-

• To ensure day to day operations of Centre are planned well in advance.
• To manage the daily roster of the team keeping the customer appointments in mind
• To ensure that the rotation book is maintained keeping the staff rotation policy in mind.
• To ensure that the annual leave planning for the team is done in the beginning of the year.
• To ensure the daily Centre head check list is followed.
• To ensure that the Centre reception delivers a great customer experience.
• To ensure that the responsibilities of the CCE team. Appointment Planning is delivered par excellence.
• To ensure that the ambience of the Centre followed Centre Ambience policy.
• To ensure that the team follows the Grooming policy.
• To ensure that the external housekeeping team follows the protocols.
• To ensure that the team always is calm, polite and uses credibility words during client interaction and escalations.
• Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
