Location: Dubai, U.A.E

Role:

The Beauty business in U.A.E is looking for dynamic Category Managers to take up ownership of growing business in 3 Emirates of UAE. The role entails the following:

• Understanding the Product Market Fit and Identifying levers for Growth of the Business
• Quality Building: This requires us to maintain very high NPS as per industry standards of existing services along with all the new planned additions to the portfolio.
• Problem Solving: The category requires you to problem solve at the grassroots level. We expect the candidate to self-ideate and innovate solutions to the problems at hand.
• Hustle: Significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty.

Requirement:                             

The Category Manager role requires prompt problem-solving skills and a lot of rigor.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation + 1-2 years of work experience
• Strong SQL and Excel skill
• Go-getter attitude and ability to be hands-on
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
