Ahdaaf is currently seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering information in professional way by answering questions about the company or resolving issues.
• Providing proactive customer outreach thru cold callings/emails/messages.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedbacks.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, cheques, or card payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
