Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Car Rental Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and English to manage our financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our accounting records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. In addition to strong accounting skills, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in Arabic to effectively communicate with our Arabic-speaking clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to support business operations.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and partners to address accounting-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the car rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
