Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Car Park Designer to join our team. As a Car Park Designer, you will be responsible for designing efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing parking facilities for various projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to create innovative solutions that meet client requirements and enhance user experience.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual designs and layout plans for car parks based on client requirements and project constraints.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess existing conditions, topography, and infrastructure.
• Design parking layouts that maximize space utilization, traffic flow, and pedestrian safety.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles, such as green spaces, stormwater management, and energy-efficient lighting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, landscape architects, and contractors.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM related softwares to create 2D/3D models and presentations.
• Review and respond to feedback from clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in parking design and urban planning.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in car park design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong knowledge of parking design principles, including layout optimization, circulation patterns, and accessibility requirements.
• Familiarity with zoning regulations, building codes, and local Authorities guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
