Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls efficiently
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Provide accurate information about clinic services
• Follow up with patients for reminders and feedback
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records
• Coordinate with front desk and clinical departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Familiar with medical terminology and appointment systems
