Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding products, services, and general information.

- Verify and register customer warranty and CoolCare details.

- Respond to customer feedback on social media and prepare trend reports.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide analysis reports.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a call center or customer service role.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong data entry, typing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet call KPIs.
- Familiarity with customer service practices, emergency handling, and social media engagement is a plus.
