Hiring Call Center Executive
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist customers.
- Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Following call center scripts and procedures accurately.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Adhering to call center metrics and targets.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and call handling skills through training and development programs.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Female Candidate with Valid Passport
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; and any other south Indiana language will be an addition
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Preference with past call center experience
- Residency or work permit in Dubai.
