Hiring Call Center Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist customers.
  • Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Following call center scripts and procedures accurately.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Adhering to call center metrics and targets.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Continuously improving product knowledge and call handling skills through training and development programs.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Female Candidate with Valid Passport
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; and any other south Indiana language will be an addition
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Preference with past call center experience
  • Residency or work permit in Dubai.
