Description:

We are looking for Call Center Executive and Customer Service for one of e-floater based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Contact the customers and provide them product information
• Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes
• Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
• Researching required information using available resources
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Must have call center experience.
• Must have good communications skill
• Must be available to join immediately
• Good computer usage skills
