As a Call Center Executive, you will play a vital role in bilingual communication, translating essential information for the USA Medical Process. Your responsibilities include call handling, documentation, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic-English/Pashto-English/Dari-English/Turkish-English/Bulgarian-English/Croatian-English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 5000 AED (4k basic + 1K variable based on monthly performance)
