- Adhere to established communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve or surpass performance targets and call handling metrics.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with a clear American accent.
- Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
