Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and providing support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Use active listening techniques to understand and address customer needs.
Product/Service Knowledge:
